Cycling as transport. No special clothes needed. No fancy gear. Just people and bikes dressed for the destination.

Where's the snow?
I took this photo last year on Christmas Eve and there was a lovely blanket of snow everywhere. This year, unless the weather changes, we are looking at a green Christmas.
